We stand behind our service. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 72 hours of your first payment, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

The 72-hour window begins at the time your subscription is activated (not the time of payment).

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 72-hour window:

  2. Provide your account email address and the reason for your refund request.
  3. We will process your refund within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

Eligibility

Refunds are available if:

  • The request is made within 72 hours of subscription activation
  • This is your first paid subscription (not a renewal)
  • Your account has not violated our Terms of Service

Refunds are not available for:

  • Renewal payments (after the initial subscription period)
  • Free trial periods — trials are already free, no payment is taken
  • Accounts suspended due to Terms of Service violations
  • Requests made after the 72-hour window

Service Issues

If you experience technical issues with our service, please contact support before requesting a refund. Most issues can be resolved within minutes. We may offer an extension of your subscription in lieu of a refund for technical problems.
