Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the pure4ktv service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

pure4ktv provides access to IPTV streaming content via subscription plans. Access is granted through personal login credentials (username and password) which are issued upon subscription activation. Credentials are for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to abuse free trials is prohibited.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing period (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
• Prices are displayed in USD, EUR, or GBP depending on your region.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
• Subscription activation is completed after payment is confirmed.

5. Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a 24-hour free trial. One free trial per email address. Attempting to abuse the trial system by creating multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your login credentials with others outside your household
• Resell, redistribute, or sub-license access to the service
• Use the service for commercial streaming or public broadcast
• Attempt to bypass connection limits or circumvent technical restrictions
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for unused time, except as covered by our Refund Policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for temporary outages caused by maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without refund. We will provide notice where practical, except in cases of serious violations.

10. Limitation of Liability

pure4ktv is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.
