We stand behind our service. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 72 hours of your first payment, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
The 72-hour window begins at the time your subscription is activated (not the time of payment).
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 72-hour window:

- Provide your account email address and the reason for your refund request.
- We will process your refund within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
Eligibility
Refunds are available if:
- The request is made within 72 hours of subscription activation
- This is your first paid subscription (not a renewal)
- Your account has not violated our Terms of Service
Refunds are not available for:
- Renewal payments (after the initial subscription period)
- Free trial periods — trials are already free, no payment is taken
- Accounts suspended due to Terms of Service violations
- Requests made after the 72-hour window
Service Issues
If you experience technical issues with our service, please contact support before requesting a refund. Most issues can be resolved within minutes. We may offer an extension of your subscription in lieu of a refund for technical problems.
