How do I get my IPTV credentials?
After signing up or purchasing a plan, your M3U URL, username, and password are emailed to you instantly. You can also find them anytime in your dashboard under 'Subscription'.
My channels are not loading — what should I do?
First, check your internet connection (we recommend 10 Mbps+ for HD, 25 Mbps+ for 4K). Then, try restarting your IPTV player and refreshing the playlist. If the issue persists, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll resolve it within minutes.
Which devices are compatible?
pure4ktv works on Amazon Firestick & Fire TV, Android TV boxes, Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Sony), Android and iOS phones/tablets, Windows and Mac via VLC, MAG boxes, and Enigma2 receivers.
Can I use my subscription on multiple devices at the same time?
Yes. Basic allows 1 simultaneous screen, Standard allows 2, and Premium allows 5. You can install the app on as many devices as you like — the limit is how many can stream at once.
How do I add my M3U URL to TiviMate / IPTV Smarters?
Open the app → Add Playlist → M3U URL → paste your M3U link from the dashboard. Check our Setup Guide for step-by-step instructions for every player.
My subscription expired — how do I renew?
Contact us on WhatsApp with your account email and we'll send you a renewal payment link. Your credentials remain the same after renewal.
Do you offer a refund?
Yes. We offer a 72-hour money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied within 72 hours of your first payment, contact us for a full refund.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
Go to the login page and click 'Forgot password?' to receive a reset link by email. If you signed up with Google, use Google sign-in instead.
